Orders and Confirmation

After completing the order and payment, it will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Please make sure to verify your size and color before completing the order, as changes cannot be made after payment.

Order Preparation Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Payment and Special Orders Policy

All orders are processed after full payment, and we do not accept installment plans or partial payments.

Delivery

Delivery is available to all Emirates in the UAE.

Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days (may vary depending on the city and area).
Free of charge in all areas of Fujairah, as well as in Kalba and Dibba Al-Hisn, which are part of Sharjah.
AED 25 for the rest of the Emirates.
In case of a delay due to the shipping company, the customer will be contacted directly with a status update.

Exchange and Return

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging).
Products that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Discounted products or items included in special offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If a wrong product is delivered or there is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the full return and exchange costs.

Cancellation

If there are any changes or errors in the order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase via email or our official Instagram account.
